Details: Each person can only register and vote one time. Registration and voting can most easily be done anytime in minutes online from your computer, smartphone, tablet or mobile device. There is a $5.00 fee to register which covers the administrative costs of the American Zionist Movement (AZM) to run the election. This small fee, in the tradition of Herzl’s “Zionist Shekel” to join the movement, also serves to prevent fraud by making sure that individuals are voting and are only doing so once. Payments can be made by credit card, ACH, Paypal, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. There is an option to vote by paper ballot via postal mail (click here for the forms and information). Votes are secret and are recorded by Votem Corp., an independent private election management firm retained by AZM.
To be eligible to vote in the US Election to the 39th World Zionist Congress you must:
- Be Jewish (and not subscribe to another religion)
- Be 18 years or older by June 30, 2025
- Be a U.S. citizen or a legal permanent resident in the U.S.
- Maintain your primary residence in the U.S.
- Accept the Jerusalem Program (the Zionist movement platform)
- Have not voted in the November 2022 Knesset election (and will not vote in any future Knesset election which may be held prior July 28, 2025)

Hi, this is _____ and I am from ______ and a huge supporter of Judea and Samaria! I am not Jewish and so cant vote, but I have 25 Jewish friends in my phone and am going to call every one of them to vote for Israel365 Action Slate #7 in the World Zionist Congress!
While other slates claim to support Judea and Samaria, the record shows otherwise. They’ve historically neglected Judea and Samaria completely. Now that we are stating our unwavering support for J&S, they’re trying to jump on the bandwagon. they’re being dishonest.
Also, we are putting our support for J&S into action already. We have a strong partnership with the gov of Samaria. Recently, the gov of Samaria called israel365 to support the passing of a new resolution in the U.S. Congress to change all references of “West Bank” to “Judea and Samaria”. They didn’t call any of the other slates. They called israel365 because they understand our primary concern is J&S. Through our support for this new resolution, we are building more relationships with the U.S. Congress members and senators who are leading the Friends of Judea and Samaria Caucus. We are the party of action. The other slates are all talk and have historically done nothing for J&S.
Also, they should be voting for new leadership in the WZC. The more established slates have been squandering the jewish money being allocated, there’s literally no transparency, and they can’t seem to get anything substantial done. We are running in the WZC to change that.

Judea & Samaria are Essential to Israel’s Security – Judea and Samaria’s location at the very heart of Israel make Israeli sovereignty over this area essential to Israel’s national security.
Following the Hamas atrocities of October 7, 2023, in which Hamas brutally murdered over 1,200 innocent Israelis, President Biden and his administration have repeatedly declared their support for the creation of a Palestinian state within the framework of a “two-state solution.” On November 26, 2023, President Biden said: “A two-state solution is the only way to guarantee the long-term security of both the Israeli and Palestinian people.” He added that his administration “will not give up on working towards this goal.”
