Established in 1897 by Theodore Herzl, the World Zionist Congress is the “parliament of the Jewish people” and the “overall supreme ideological and policy-making body of the Zionist movement.”

Every five years, there is an election and Americans can vote for one of approximately twenty parties (slates). Parties in the WZC make decisions regarding key institutions which allocate nearly $1 billion annually to support Israel and World Jewry including the World Zionist Organization, Keren Kayemet LeYisrael (Jewish National Fund) and the Jewish Agency for Israel. While the WZC helped build the State of Israel, in recent decades, this important body has come under the control of the secular left establishment.
Israel365 Action is a bold, new party in the World Zionist Congress, based on Ambassador David Friedman’s book by the same name. Under the auspices of Israel365, Israel365 Action provides a refreshing ideology to shape the Zionist future and seeks to change the narrative in our post October 7th world. Our party has put together the largest and most impressive delegation of candidates to the World Zionist Congress. We are the only new party to reach the maximum number of 456 delegates allowed by the American Zionist Movement. This incredible accomplishment speaks to the strength of our movement founded by Ambassador David Friedman and the passion so many of us feel for Israel and Judea & Samaria, in light of the ongoing war and rising antisemitism.
For Israel365 Action to advance our mission, we must organize effectively, raise significant funds to mobilize the Jewish community, and get out the vote during the World Zionist Congress’ online election taking place between March 10 – May 4, 2025. It is the aim of 1JS to secure enough votes to shift the Zionist movement away from the failed policies of the past to mobilize Jewish opposition against Palestinian statehood and in support of our Biblical heritage, Judea & Samaria.
